The Bread Lab is an edgy, raw, transparent Christian show which provokes thought, and discusses everything under the sun pertaining to life and how to make Christ the center of our lives. While we understand how hard it is to seek Him in everything we do, we explore ways on how to remain humble and grow beyond our egos, pride, and past hurts. Our hosts and guest panelists come to "break bread" and share their own life experiences, expertise, and insight to help us to establish ourselves, grow in Christ, and still have fun.
On The Bread Lab, we offer fresh perspectives, new insight, and spiritual food to enable us to tap into our full potential and honor the qualities in ourselves and others around us. The Bread Lab is a place where all are invited and welcome to come break bread and eat.
OUR HOSTS

A graduate of California State University Los Angeles (CSULA), Aqueelah holds her undergraduate degree in Speech Communications and her graduate degree in Business Administration. Aqueelah went on to become an Executive Producer at Mademoiselle & Co. in 2009 and later joined The Bread Lab as an Executive Producer and host in August 2020.
She loves spending time with the Lord and her daughter Bre and family, and enjoys cooking, reading, researching Biblical times, listening to music. relaxing at the spa, shopping and traveling. When she's not busy planning her next trip or chasing around her two dogs, you'll find her collecting rare gems, listening to classic jazz and 90's Hip Hop. She is a Harlem Renaissance enthusiast and even visits antique stores in her free time.
